Selamat Hari Raya!
Haa..lepas puasa, then raya..lepas raya then gemok pula..
Ni la masalah yang selalu kita perempuan (at least to me) will facing. GEMUK!
Masa puasa dulu bukan main lagi la diet sakan, tak sahur, berat turun, makan berbuka sikit je..cipuut je kan?
Masa raya, haa..makan tak ingat dunia (like me)makan punya makan berat pun naik
then mula busy ambil pill/jamu yang agak2 nak dekat expired..telan..dengan harapan kurus sebelum meredah mana2 open house.
Gosh its totally happen to me, now I'm panicking myself, moving here and there to shed few kilos before my Sime Darby Open House this coming 10th September..
Some of the quick tips;
!. The the 14days Nestle Fitness - This does work y'know, my brother did it and it totally blast off those nasty kilos out of him! But as for me, I don't have the courage to resist those nasi mamaks and my moms cooking, so i failed but my friend did once praised me saying "shax, ko macam kecik sikit". Conclusion : with a discipline it will works!
!!. I did see the Bliss 14 days challenge - Maybe I should try this, for the sake of my bowel-thingy. But its seems expensive though, usually those snacks shop uncle sell this for RM2.50 for mini bottles, I need to drink this twice a day. RM5.00 per day which mean RM70.00 for 2 weeks.. Tu kalau beli kat kedai-runcit runcit bawah office, kalau supermarket mestilah lagi murahkan. ohh mungkin akan di re-consider. Mahal la pulak. Mungkin akan opt to PISANG! (wooot wooot)

!!!!. Or just follow one of my dearest friend diet tips - Jangan makan nasi sebulan, makan anything but nasi!, it kindda unhealthy though but it did shrink her body frame..yawzza..credit to you azie!
So, any diet that you try to practice, just make sure you have your own dicipline, without any discipline, none of any diets will work. Telan Angin, Badan pun jadi macam pam!
